Known Issues

Below is the list of known issues with SharedTree. See Suggestions for a list of enhancements (not defects) that we are planning (or not planning in some cases) to work on. We will try and fix defects as soon as possible.

Major Defects

• When importing a file the family.gedcom_text field stays blank

Minor Defects

• Creating an account with a secret key builds an FTI with no constraints (stops)
• Logging in doesn't forward you to the page you came from
• When importing data, the birth calculations aren't working
• Somehow we get merge records that are opposite (1 to 2 & 2 to 1) and the same (345 to 345). The later could be pretty bad if they user actually click merge since it might delete that person
• Searching for matches on import fails to find the people (see carjack fix)
